This Is What Happens To Your Body When You Drink A Glass Of Milk Every Day

In his article for men’s health magazine, he lists exactly which facts and theories  cause individuals to cut milk out of their diets. One claim is that milk from cows contains certain cancer-causing hormones.

On the other hand, we have a decent amount of celebrities promoting ‘pro-milk propaganda’ with milk mustaches like that in the ‘Got Milk’ campaign.

After doing his fare share of research, Argo he has come up a couple of answers about the regular consumption of milk.

He mentions a 6-month study that discovered that overweight people who drank three servings of milk a day lost more belly fat than those who maintained a similar diet without the milk.

Other research also found that milk is the most beneficial source of calcium, as calcium supplements are not as effective.  Furthermore, they are other components in milk and other dairy products that help more with burning fat.

Just make sure to pair it with a good diet. Milk is not going to compensate for the  junk food in the process of healthy weight loss.

Milk also helps build muscle, ‘In fact, milk is one of the best muscle foods on the planet,’ wrote Argon. With protein consisting of 20% whey and 80% casein, your body will be reaping the benefits of the beverage.

Some scientists claim that certain milk is taken from cows that have been given antibiotics. Such a predicament can lead to antibiotic resistance among consumers which would make certain medicine less effective.

Aragon also addressed the consequences of milk from cows that have been given hormones. The approval of a growth hormone (rBGH) caused quite controversy. While it promotes growth among cows, it has been linked to cancer.

Argon elaborates, explaining that  this hormone can become cancer-causing if it’s injected.

Furthermore, another Harvard milk study found dairy should not be cut out of our diet, regardless of the previously mentioned negative effects.

Children are a lot more likely to drink a glass of milk than to eat calcium-rich vegetables. If your child is going to get his nutrients from milk over collard greens, than so be it!

Additionally, milk is a source of Vitamin D which is good for your teeth and bones.

It also can help reduce stress and relieve heartburn naturally.

However, if you’ve started to question whether you want to keep drinking milk or continue to refrain from it as you’ve been, you can always resort to kale, oranges, and soy beans for that calcium you’re missing out on. You can also try soy milk, rice milk or almond milk as alternatives!
